We allow a 15 day return and refund policy. You will be responsible for the shipping charge. Please check your order and be as specific as possible with what you want. If the item you ordered is not to your liking after us attempting 3 times to correct it for reasons that you forgot to mention before hand, we will not be responsible.
Different brands of clothing are used, we go by what they have available in that color and/or size. Unisex sizes are usually used, youth sizes are also available. Women usually go a size down from their usual size to get a more fitted look. Or you can contact us if you prefer something made specifically for men, women and/or youth.
We charge a small flat rate shipping fee for all orders, only for the U.S.A. at the moment.
When ordering a custom item please double check ALL info (e.g. lettering sizing & placement, layout, picture, sizes, spelling, etc.). We ask that you be as specific as possible or we will use our creative freedom in place of missed details. Also consider the amount of time for us to ship, make and fix anything your not happy with if necessary, when giving deadlines. You have a window of 7 days to make any design changes and/or add items to the order. However if the item is not to your liking after us attempting 3 times for reasons that you forgot to mention before hand, we will not be responsible.
